Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training (HBI-PACT)
The HBI Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training (PACT) Carpentry certificate is earned by students who demonstrate skills in cutting, shaping and installation of building materials during the construction of residential buildings.
Job Engagement Training (JET)
A paid 80-hour orientation that serves as a pre-requisite to be eligible for CRCD Enterprises field work experience. As of 2022 - more than 250 Entry Level Employees have gone through Job Engagement Training (JET).
